Lonnie Stephenson named International President

Local 51 sends a sincere "Congratulations" to Lonnie Stephenson on his appointment as International President of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.  President Stephenson was the former IBEW Sixth District Vice President and replaces Edwin D. Hill, who has elected to retire.
