Read MoreRochelle Skolnick, one of the Local’s attorneys working for Schuchat, Cook & Werner, has been appointed Symphonic Services Division Director (SSD) and legal counsel for the American Federation of Musicians beginning Monday, October 24, 2016, in New York.
Local 51 is very proud of her selection to this important post. Rochelle was a professional violinist with a symphony in Florida before going to law school and she still plays with various groups in her spare time while practicing law. This appointment is her dream job allowing her to combine her musical interests and talents with her legal career representing unions so we can’t be anything but happy for her. We wish her well in this next step of her career.
